- We currently ship across India.
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the applicable shipping method.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your tracking details.
Estimated Delivery Time
After dispatch, orders are generally delivered within:
- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days
- Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photographs of the package and product and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at dori.handmadewithlove@gmail.com
