At The House of Dori, every product is carefully handmade with love and attention to detail. As each item is handcrafted, slight variations may occur, making every piece unique.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preferences.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at dori.handmadewithlove@gmail.com

Please include:

• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the product
• Photographs of the packaging

After reviewing your request, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund where appropriate.

Customized & Personalized Orders

Customized, personalized, and made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.
