Since all our products are handmade, we do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or the wrong item is delivered.

If your order arrives damaged:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Share clear photos of the product and packaging.
• We'll review the issue and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.

Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged.
